PJ’s Coffee is Coming Soon to Fairfield

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, a chain of retail coffeehouses, is coming to Fairfield.

The shop is coming to a new shopping center taking hold at the former Fairfield Garden Center — which closed after 52 years of business in early 2019.

Utilizing “only the top 1% of specialty Arabica beans”, they source 14 origin fair trade coffees from Ethiopia to Honduras, Columbia to Nicaragua — all coffee is roasted in batches of 300lbs or less by Roastmaster Felton Jones.  The menu (View Menu) includes typical coffee drinks, espresso, iced, teas, and more.

There are also plans for New Jersey locations in Montville and Watchung according to their website.
