Modern Roots, a local catering business, is opening a casual takeout eatery in Ramsey.

Replacing most recently Texas Bobcat BBQ, the “scratch kitchen and caterer” is bringing farm-to-table inspired menus crafted from “the seasons harvest of farmers and local artisans we know and trust”.

They’ve completed gutted the space and will be offering items like “family-style dinners”, “pre-packaged meals” and more including eats that will accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan guests.

Ownership is hoping to open in early April.
