As part of their series The Greats, OpenTable has shared their list of 22 Restaurants That Define New Jersey Dining (Read Full List).

The Greats is a series on restaurants that are “so closely woven into the fabric of a city they become part of its heartbeat, making it almost impossible to imagine the place without them”. Broken down into North, Central, and South Jersey, two Bergen County spots made the cut.

The Saddle River Inn in Saddle River (Website) was highlighted for chef/owner Jamie Knott’s ability for a menu that “nods to the classic, pastoral setting while still feeling fresh”.

Felina in Ridgewood (Website) was highlighted for the space being “as rich in detail as the Italian dishes” that chef/partner Anthony Bucco serves.
