B&S Kitchen, a new eatery, has opened in Westwood.

The initials stand for Bread and Salad, with “healthy organic ingredients” that “protect our planet” and “free from abuse and unhealthy chemicals”. The chef/owner has more than 10 years of preparing food in Manhattan and calls Jacob and Rachel from Bop n Sushi around the corner family.

Their menu (View Menu) offers salads, sandwiches, juice and smoothies. Their motto is to prepare the food with the freshest ingredients into dishes that are “simple yet elegant”.

It’s currently open six days (closed Sundays) a week.
