QSR, the industry magazine covering the quick service restaurant segment, has shared their picks for their annual 40/40 List for 2021, which names America’s Hottest Startup Fast Casuals (Read Full List).

It was created in 2019 to find the “next big thing” in the industry, those places that are innovating but also pushing food ideas and concepts — even as the pandemic “completely shuffled the deck” last year.

Tito’s Burritos & Wings, the Jersey mini chain, was one of the restaurants named this year. They have one Bergen County location in Ridgewood — plus four additional in Summit, Morristown, South Orange and Boonton.

Specifically they were highlighted for being a “quirky” brand and offering homemade tortillas, with items like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, nachos, salads and wings.
