ICCA Sushi, a new sushi restaurant, has opened in Ridgefield Park.
Owner and chef CJ is a first time business owner. He has been in the industry for over 10 years and previously worked/helped other local restaurants get going in the past — after many years of working as a chef for others, CJ and his wife thought it was time to start their own business.
The menu (View Menu) is being described as “sushi that anyone can enjoy” with “standard sushi restaurant” items such as appetizers, rolls, specials rolls, sushi, and sashimi.
It’s open six days (closed Sunday) for lunch and dinner from 12:00pm till 9:30pm with delivery and takeout available.
