Montclair Hotel Chef to Appear on this Season’s Hell’s Kitchen

The MC Hotel (Website), in the heart of Montclair, NJ — located just 45 minutes via car outside of New York City, is heating things up with news of its top chef competing on Season 19 of the hit culinary competition series HELL’S KITCHEN, starring Chef Gordon Ramsay, and premiering Thursday, Jan. 7 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Executive Chef Amber Lancaster and Lead Line Cook and fellow contestant Nikki Hanna lead the renowned culinary program on property, which includes Allegory, a chic modern take on “clean, healthy cooking,” and Alto, one of New Jersey’s most beautiful rooftop bars. This powerhouse female duo will go head-to-head in the fiery competition set in Las Vegas and are excited to bring the heat back to New Jersey’s MC Hotel for fans to experience.

Starting January 7th and available through the show’s season finale, guests of The MC Hotel and its Allegory restaurant are invited to enjoy the competition first-hand with a weekly HELL’S KITCHEN-inspired tasting menu revealed during the live show each week, meet and greets with Chef Amber and a new “The Heat is On” hotel package.

For the duration of the show, every Thursday evening, Allegory guests will have the opportunity to watch HELL’S KITCHEN live in the restaurant or on its outdoor patio at 8:00 p.m. EST, meet the chef, and dine on a weekly HELL’S KITCHEN-inspired tasting menu revealed during the live show, featuring the starring dishes cooked up by Chef Lancaster and Lead Line Cook Hanna.
