Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the build-your-own-burrito concept, has brought their Mexican-fusion style cuisine to Dumont.

The chain was founded in Point Pleasant and has been rapidly expanding in the area. Locations are already open in Oakland and Saddle Brook, while another is planned for Paramus.

Their menu (View Menu) works like many fast causal restaurants where customers pick and create their own meal. Meals can be a burrito, bowl, taco, quesadilla, nachos or salad. Meats include steak, shrimp, ground beef, various chicken choices (grilled and fried), carnitas and more.

Other add-ons include rice, beans, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese and other veggies. There’s a number of sauce choices (like bbq, sweet chili, mango habanero and more) plus many extras and sides like guac, queso, and fries.

Current hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00am till 9:oopm.
