Ah’ Pizz, a chainlet of pizzerias with locations in Harrison and Montclair, has opened their latest location in Wayne.

The pizzeria serves “authentic” Neapolitan pizza (View Menu), prepared using imported, Italian ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds in their wood-fired stone oven. Gluten free and cauliflower crusts are also available.

According to their website, authentic Neapolitan pizza is “characterized by dough made only with finely ground Italian wheat flour, natural Neapolitan yeast, sea salt and water”. They also use San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh mozzarella — made daily on premises — crafted from cow and water buffalo milk.

In addition to the pizza, they offer appetizers, salads, pasta, chicken, meat, and fish entrees  plus a full bar serving spirits, wine, and beer.

The restaurant is currently open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner with pickup and delivery available.
