Agave, a new Mexican restaurant and bar, has opened in Suffern.
Owner Isaac Garces was inspired by his mother Maria’s cooking as a child — she’s handling head chef duties — bringing bold traditional flavors from her home.
The menu (View Menu) features dishes inspired by Maria’s homemade recipes which have been passed down from generations including starters, salads, soups, traditional entrees, seafood and more.
Monday – Friday 11am – 10pm Saturday 11am – 10pm Sunday 11am – 10pm.
