Reventon, a new Peruvian restaurant, has opened in Wallington. This is the second location for the family owned business, they operate a similar restaurant in Kearny.

Sky Polo is both the owner and chef. He is an International Culinary Center alum, who has worked at Perry Street (NYC) as well as with his father at the original location.

The menu offers “authentic Peruvian flavors” such as ceviches and Peruvian grill items for lunch and dinner. Their food is 100% fresh, crafted using natural ingredients ensuring that every dish “is exquisite and unique in flavor”.

Operating six days a week (closed Wednesdays) from 11:00am till 9:00pm on Monday thru Friday and 11:00am till 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
