Sadhya, what appears to be a new eatery, is under construction in Englewood.

Touting “your feast from Kerala” on it’s signage, the windows have been papered up in the former Dean Street Greenery — which has since moved to Closter.

Kerala is a state of India, located on their southwestern coast. According to Wikipedia, their cuisine “includes a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes prepared using fish, poultry, and meat” plus that “rice is a dominant staple that is eaten at all times of day”.
