SQ Pizza Co, a new Roman-style pizzeria, has opened in Mahwah.

The brainchild of chef and serial business owner George Georgiades, the owner of fast casual Greek concept Eons (Paramus, Montvale). He also was previously the executive chef and partner of fine dining restaurant Varka (Ramsey).

With a menu (View Menu) using dough that is a high-hydration, long-rising dough crafted from non-GMO flour imported from Italy. The result is a “light, airy, easily digestible” crust that pairs with various toppings or used for their sandwiches.

The shop is currently open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
