Mel’s Butcher Box (Instagram) is the latest food truck to enter the Bergen County dining scene.

Launched by Mel Landano — who worked as project director for Pat LaFrieda — the truck is starting at 38 Franklin Street in the Juma Fit parking lot (keep an eye on their social media for updates).

The menu will include burgers, cheesesteaks, fries and more, though Mel expects to change the menu up regularly.

Butcher cuts of meat will also be sold — in advance and cooked to temperature — once Landano gets beyond the initial soft opening period.

Everything is homemade — though the burger bun is an exclusive made for her by Balthazar.

The truck will also be available for catering and parties.
