Füdgarten, a new fast casual “organic eatery”, has opened in Fort Lee.

Replacing the now shuttered Tea Bar, ownership team has has over a decade experience in the fast-casual industry, while the other has experience in the Korean BBQ business.

They serve a menu (Visit Website) sandwiches, burgers, paninis, salads and grain bowls (think quinoa, rice) along with pressed juices and protein shakes. Ingredients include organic, free-range chicken and grass fed beef.

For now they are strictly a lunch/dinner spot, though they hope to expand with a breakfast menu as the business grows.

Currently it’s open six days a week (closed Sundays) from 10:00am till 9:00pm.
