The Halal Guys is one of the upcoming stores at the American Dream property in East Rutherford.

It would be Bergen County’s second location for the chain, the first opened at the Teterboro Landing development back in 2017.

They serve (View Menu) halal chicken, gyro and falafel in either platter (with rice, pita, lettuce and tomatoes) or in a pita as a sandwich — that are “seasoned to perfection” giving them a “Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavor” and served with their “proprietary” white sauce.

All ingredients are the “freshest available”, including “responsibly sourced halal meats” that are “marinated and seasoned overnight” — then cooked on a sizzling grill in front of guests.

While it’s currently listed as simply “coming soon”, it will be located in Court C, Level 3.
