The wait is over BBQ fans, owner Dan Reilly of Reilly’s Rib Cage has announced the opening of his highly anticipated  location in Hillsdale for this coming Wednesday, November 18th.

It’s been a year since Reilly announced his intentions to bring his brand of ‘cue to Pascack Valley.

The restaurant offers a menu (View Menu) that features meats raised without hormones or antibiotics — brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs — all cooked in a Southern Pride smoker.

The store will be open six days a week for lunch and dinner.
