Gong Cha, the international bubble tea chain hailing from Taiwan, has opened in Closter.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of many different bubble tea, milk tea, tea latte, and slush flavors/varieties. Their specialty is fresh brewed tea, which is a big difference since many places use powdered tea.

The tea itself is brewed every four hours, they cook the pearl bubbles every four hours, and source all their tea directly from Taiwan.

This is their fourth Bergen County location after Fort Lee, Palisades Park and Paramus (Garden State Plaza).

Current hours are Sunday thru Thursday from 11:00am–8:00pm and Friday thru Saturday from 11:00am–9:00pm.
