Sushi Kai, an omakase sushi restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee.

The restaurant is aiming for the higher end of sushi establishments, offering “high quality” sourced ingredients — including fish from the Toyosu Market market in Japan as well as all sauces are homemade by their team, whom have trained in high end NYC sushi establishments like Cagen.

Ownership has New Jersey restaurant experience including fast casual restaurant Yuzu Kitchen in Manalapan.

All fish comes in whole and is broken down in-house, plus they’ll be very seasonal with the fish choices as certain seafood will be available different times of year (View Menu).

Currently the restaurant is open Tuesday thru Saturday from 5:00pm till 9:00pm.
