The team over at Yelp have compiled their latest list for veggie lovers with The best vegetarian spot in every state (Read Full List).

To create the list, they identified businesses in the vegetarian category and ranked them using total volume and ratings of reviews. It includes everything “from local favorites to restaurants and cafes that are worth the road trip”.

Bergen County is represented for New Jersey the pick, it went to Green Fusion in Ridgewood. The eatery opened a year and a half ago, offering their take on “vegan and vegetarian fine dining”.

Offerings include a large selection of pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads, flatbreads, bowls, and more (View Menu on Website).

They are currently open seven days a week beginning at 11:00am.
