Mochinut is Coming this Weekend to Fort Lee
Mochinut, a mochi doughnut chain, will open their first New Jersey location in Fort Lee.
Mochi donuts have become quite the popular confection, Kai Sweets opened the first local shop to serve them in Edgewater last year (Read Story).
Serving a menu (View Menu) of donuts made of “sweet gluttonous rice and mochi”, they have a “slightly crispy exterior” with a “surprisingly chewy interior”.
There are a number of flavors available — a soft opening is expected this coming weekend.
