Kura Sushi, the “revolving sushi bar”, has opened in Fort Lee.

With locations currently in California, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, and Nevada, this is their first in New Jersey — they operate over 400 worldwide including in Japan and Taiwan.

Dishes are served along a conveyor belt (kaiten) that passes the table and are ordered via touchscreen. They offer a menu (View Menu) of sushi and “authentic Japanese dishes” — like chicken, noodles (ramen, udon), soup, tempura, and more.

Hours are currently Monday thru Thursday from 11:00am-9:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:30am-10:00pm, and Sunday from 10:30am-9:30pm.
