Opening Alert: Las Vegas Sushi, Fort Lee, NJ

Las Vegas Sushi, a new all you can eat sushi restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee.

Ownership has worked 30+ years in the fish industry along with owning several restaurants. After a Las Vegas business trip and trying one of their “all you can eat sushi” establishments. They loved the food and the atmosphere and decided to bring it to New Jersey.

The head chef Justin and General Manager Jay are actually from Las Vegas, the owners recruited them to come and help with the restaurant. With their 10+ years of experience in sushi restaurants, they hope to showcase a “fascinating Las Vegas Sushi experience”.

An a la carte menu is available, however the all you can eat is the focus. Available dine-in only, it covers over a hundred items, including appetizer, sushi/nigiri, 150+ special sushi rolls, and more. Ingredients include Bluefin tuna from Spain and sea urchin delivered daily — their 15+ sauces are specially made by the chefs.

There are two tiers: Sushi A for $29.99 and Sushi B for $39.99. Sushi B includes an additional number of specials and special nigiri — be sure to check the menu (See Website) for the specific differences.

They are open seven days a week from 11:30AM till 10:00PM for outdoor dining and takeout.
