Brisas, a Colombian restaurant and bakery chain, had expanded to Englewood ealier this year and celebrated it’s Grand Opening this week.

With locations in Elizabeth, North Plainfield, and Orlando, FL – this is their first Bergen County location. They also sell at the Red Bulls arena in Harrison where they are the “official empanada of the Red Bulls”.

Their menu (View Menu) carries many traditional Colombian items including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood – along with a selection of bakery items.

Brisas is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
