The EnVue Hotel in Weehawken has announced some dining changes to their dining choices.

Marcus at NoHu Rooftop — formerly NoHu Rooftop restaurant and bar — is the new name and a pairing with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson. Samuelsson, who’s known for his various media appearances and work at Aquavit (NYC), Red Rooster Harlem (NYC) and Marcus B&P (Newark), has brought his “signature style and cuisine” to the year round rooftop space.

“Right now, being able to have a great meal outside in a beautiful setting with incredible views is needed more than ever, which is what made this opportunity one I couldn’t pass up,” shared Chef Marcus Samuelsson. “Our team is beyond excited to cook with the best of summer produce from our favorite local farms and suppliers and serve our customers in a beautiful spot where they can hopefully relax and unwind for a moment during these trying times.”⁠

The menu (View Website) features a small plates menu and a locally inspired cocktails. They aim to use “local, sustainably sourced seafood, meat, and seasonal vegetables” prepared with “fresh, globally-influenced flavors”.

Open seven days a week, Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm till midnight, Friday-Saturday from 3:00pm till 1:00am. and Sunday from 11:00am till midnight.
