Popeyes, the global fried chicken fast food chain, will open another Bergen County location.

Currently under construction at the Simple Simon property, the brand has certainly seen it’s expand with the launch of it’s chicken sandwich last year (Read More).

It’s also the second most popular fried chicken chain these days in terms of buzz — Chick-fil-A continues to expand around North Jersey (Read Hackensack) and see long lines for recently opened shops (See Ramsey).

With a number of locations in the area (Carlstadt, Little Ferry, Teaneck, Paramus, Rutherford), the chain sells traditional fried chicken, sides and more (View Menu).

Unfortunately no timeline on an opening date has been given.
