Bosfa, a Neapolitan cuisine inspired restaurant and bar, has opened in Old Tappan.

Owned by the team of Mario & Francesco Bosfa of Naples, Italy, it has replaced the now shuttered Patrizia’s.

The menu (Visit Website) features traditional Italian classics like Burrata Napoletana, Linguine Alla Vongole and Chicken Alla Milanese, while a specials menu will introduce a variety of authentic Neapolitan dishes like Pasta E Patate, Pasta E Piselli Con Guanciale, and Pasta Alla Genovese.

Mario will be at the heart of the Bosfa kitchen, while Francesco will lead their service team to create their “unique guest experience”.

They are offering outdoor dining, takeout and delivery seven days a week.
