Bosfa, a Neapolitan cuisine inspired restaurant is coming late this week to Old Tappan, from the team of Mario & Francesco Bosfa of Naples, Italy. It is replacing the now shuttered Patrizia’s.

The menu (Visit Website) will feature traditional Italian classics like Burrata Napoletana, Linguine Alla Vongole and Chicken Alla Milanese, while a specials menu will introduce a variety of authentic Neapolitan dishes like Pasta E Patate, Pasta E Piselli Con Guanciale, and Pasta Alla Genovese.

Mario will be at the heart of the Bosfa kitchen, while Francesco will lead their service team to create their “unique guest experience”.

As far as what else to expect, they’ll be offering outdoor dining and takeout seven days a week.
