After 28 years in Hackensack, The New Heritage Diner has announced it has closed for good on social media.

“Thank you to our customers for your patronage and for becoming both our dear friends and members of our extended family. We have laughed together, cried together, sometimes even managed to have a quick cup of coffee together, and we will never, ever forget you. There is some bright spots as some members of the team will be relocating to their sister location The Suburban Diner in Paramus. The Suburban Diner will also be accepting New Hermitage Diner gift certificates.
