TacocaT, a new food truck from the team at DVine Bar, has opened next door in Sparkill.

Featuring three time Chopped champion Chris Holland or DVine Bar and Dvine Pie, he’s been offering a special taco menu during the pandemic at the restaurant (DVine Bar), which has proven to be quite popular. So they’ve decided to launch TacocaT , their state of the art food truck dedicated to this new menu.

As part of the plan, the truck will park next to DVine Wine as they’ve finished off the space outside. There are picnic tables for people to stay and eat with to-go cocktails available from the restaurant. The truck will be available for private parties as well.

The menu (View Menu) features many Asian-influenced tacos like pork belly banh mi (roast pork belly, carrot, thai basil, boom bom aoili) and others like fried green tomato, cornflake chicken, and cheesesteak wit.

It’s open six days a week (closed Mondays) beginning at noon.
