Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the Jersey shore-based (Point Pleasant) chain of Tex-Mex eateries, has opened their first Rockland County location in Pomona. This is right on the heels of their opening a few weeks ago in Saddle Brook.

The menu (View Menu) works like many fast causal restaurants where customers pick and create their own meal. Meals can be a burrito, bowl, taco, quesadilla, nachos or salad. Meats include steak, shrimp, ground beef, various chicken choices (grilled and fried), carnitas and more.

Other add-ons include rice, beans, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese and other veggies. There’s a number of sauce choices (like bbq, sweet chili, mango habanero and more) plus many extras and sides like guac, queso, and fries.

The shop is currently open seven days for pickup and delivery.
