Golden Dynasty, the Chinese restaurant and cocktail lounge in Hillsdale, is for sale according to listings. The restaurant opened back in 1991 and serves “a wide selection of familiar Chinese dishes, plus sushi & cocktails, in a quaint, low-key setting” including Hunan, Szechuan, and Cantonese-style food.

Commercial real estate site LoopNet (View Listing) has the building — along with it’s fully operational kitchen and full service bar — listed for sale with the liquor license “available”.

According to their Facebook page, comments (Original Post) regarding the sale confirm that restaurant does in fact plan to reopen sometime soon when they “can ensure the safety of our customers and employees” and then “work out the logistics with our food suppliers”.
