Applebees Shutters Their Location in Northvale

Applebee’s, the “Neighborhood Grill + Bar” chain, has closed it’s location in Northvale. The restaurant and bar was one of the OG tenants of Northvale Square, taking approximately 6,400 square feet.

A popular restaurant of the casual dining boom serving mainstream American dishes, Applebee’s has almost 1,800 stores globally including (but not limited to) other local locations in Garfield, Hackensack, and Paramus. The closing was confirmed by the landlord, Gerry Puccio of Maxim Realty Trust.

With no one set as of yet to replace them — the signage is down and the furniture is being moved out — the space and liquor license are available according to Puccio.
