Now that everything is a Zoom meeting or video chat, why wouldn’t wine tastings at your local liquor store also go virtual?

Here in Bergen County, Haworth Wine & Spirits (Website) is hosting their first virtual wine tasting this Friday. The tasting will be hosted by Gary from Frederick Wildman wines on his Instagram page (View Instagram) and will feature two cabernets and two sauvignon blancs — both of which are on sale in advance from the store’s online and brick and mortar presence.

Haworth Wine owner Chris Wertz is encouraging those to join regardless of your wine drinking situation. He says, “You don’t have to buy the wines to take part in the tasting. If you just want someone to have a glass with, join the live tasting and lift your glass with us”.
