Carlitos Barbecue Taqueria Moves Operation into Lyndhurst Commissary
Carlitos Barbecue Taqueria, the barbecue taqueria, has reopened for business after a location change.
Typically available via truck or at their brick and mortar location at Garden State Plaza — which opened late 2018 (Read Article) — they’ve opened up service at their commissary kitchen space in Lyndhurst because of the mandatory mall closures on March 17th (Read More). It’s been where their mobile team has operated for almost 2 years and they’ve been working tirelessly for the past week to get this “popup” running.
Food items (View Menu) include tacos made from hand-pressed tortillas and filled with USDA Prime bbq meats smoked in-house — brisket, chicken, and pulled pork.
The spot is open Tuesday thru Sunday for pickup and delivery via DoorDash.
