Kura Sushi, the revolving sushi bar concept, has put plans on pause to open their upcoming Fort Lee location. They’ve closed all their stores (Read Post) temporarily around the country, so this information seemed highly likely given the current public health crisis.

When operating, their dishes are ordered via touchscreen and are served along a conveyor belt (kaiten) that passes diners. They offer a menu (View Menu) of sushi and “authentic Japanese dishes” — like chicken, noodles (ramen, udon), soup, tempura, and more.

Originally expecting to open late March, no new specific date has been shared.
