Manchu Wok, a Chinese restaurant, is coming to the American Dream property. This comes from a new list of job fair participants as reported by Patch. According to the company website, their is a location in Terminal A at Newark Airport.

Likely a food court candidate, this “fast & fresh Chinese cuisine” hails from Canada offers a menu (View Menu) of chicken, beef, and pork entrees (ie General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, etc) along with traditional American Chinese food sides like egg rolls, fried rice, and more.

While there’s no other specifics, it will presumably open along with the many other retail businesses sometime in March.
