Sol, a new Mexican/Latin restaurant and bar, has opened in Woodcliff Lake. It replaced longtime tenant Blue Moon which closed back in October.

The restaurant, which has been completely renovated, has a “modern casual atmosphere” serving “high quality food and drinks” that are made to order.

The menu (View Menu) consists of traditional Mexican items like tacos, tamales and enchiladas, however there’s a heavy focus on skirt steaks, paella and seafood – drawing from the owners Spanish/Argentine background.

Days of operation are currently Tuesday thru Sunday (closed Mondays) for dinner.
