David Chang’s “Ode to Jersey Sliders” Opening Next Month in Vegas
Popular celeb chef David Chang has many things happening in his culinary empire. One of the recent ones is “Ode to Sliders” according to a report from Eater (Read Full Article).
And this isn’t just sliders, it’s specifically the White Manna (Website) style that Bergen County knows well since they are located in Hackensack. The restaurant is named Moon Palace and is expected to offer “beef or Impossible burgers served on King’s Hawaiian rolls”.
Whether the sliders are amazing or decidedly run-of-the-mill, we’re happy we don’t have to travel far to get the real thing.
