Simply Stix, a new Greek restaurant, has opened in Hackensack. The business replaced the short-lived expansion of King Falafel.

The owner Katerina — alongside Chef William who previously worked at Martini Grill — freshly prepare all their food daily. Serving a menu (View Menu) of “authentic Greek Street Food” like stix (skewered meats), sandwiches (skewered meat in a pita), platters (skewered meat with fries, salad and pita), salads, and sides. The Bifteki Stix are made from an old family recipe using various fresh ingredients.

They have been running weekly dessert specials and expect to offer more down the road. While they only have a 2 stool counter eating area, come spring/summer their will be outdoor dining out front.

The restaurant is open weekdays (Monday-Friday) and closed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday).
