Brasserie Memere to Likely Open Next Week in Closter

The wait won’t be much longer, Brasserie Memere in Closter has posted they will open this coming Monday, December 2nd on their Google listing.

Restaurateur/chef Thomas Ciszak is operating the restaurant with chef Kevin Takafui (Daniel, Le Bernadin) with a menu (see below) of traditional French cuisine that will cover lunch, dinner, and brunch in the multiple dining rooms along with a retail bakery area – croissants, baguettes, and other french pastries.

The bar will offer signature cocktails plays on some French classics, a section of low proof specialty drinks and carefully sourced wine offerings –  all of which will be showcased on a large, 30 foot custom made zinc bar.

Counting 145 seats in split dining areas plus another 50 in the “beautiful outdoor patio area” in the warm weather – expect Memere to be open seven days a week.
