Ramen Azuma Replacing Trio Ramen in Fort Lee
The Azuma family of restaurants — Ramen Azuma (Englewood), Trio Ramen Azuma (Fort Lee), and Soba Azuma (Fort Lee) — is making a change to their lineup.
Trio Ramen Azuma in Fort Lee is transitioning to a second location of Ramen Azuma — as customers have been asking for a tonkotsu (pork broth) ramen option, instead of the paitan (chicken broth) that they currently serve.
A grand reopening will run from 12/2-12/6 featuring a 50% off sale to celebrate the change.
