Grill 350, a new restaurant and bar, has opened at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange.

Owned by Travis Weiss and run by GM Gina Palazzolo,  the restaurant, described as “elegant, vintage, rustic – including two pianos on-site – is serving American cuisine: burgers, fries, fish, steak (View Menu) from chefs Santiago Moran and Marvin Rivas, who both left restaurants of 25 years each to join this new endeavor.

There’s 10 beers on tap, an “insane” cocktail menu, and wine with seating for 40 in bar and another 75 in dining room – weather permitting, there’s also outdoor seating for 32

Open seven days a week beginning at noon – till 10pm Monday-Sunday and midnight on weekends.
