The outlet consulted with Yelp’s data team for the 20 highest-rated restaurants (at least 100 Yelp reviews were need to qualify) identified as burger-focused and they limited the list to a maximum of two restaurants per state. According to their data, no burger chains made the cut.

Steve’s Burgers in Garfield came in at number 15, being cited for their burgers, patty melts, and onion rings. This was for their OG location on Route 46, though fans know they recently opened a second location in Garfield as well (Read Article).
