Looks like Jersey food culture will be expanding it’s reach according to reports from Eater LA.

Editor Matthew Kang shared the news (See Tweet) that Momofuku leader David Chang will be opening a new restaurant that will be “modeled after White Manna in NJ” which as we know is located in Hackensack.

The slider restaurant is expected to eventually open at The Venetian hotel in Las Vegas, though it’s unclear it what ways Chang will replicate the Jersey classic including ingredients (meat, buns, those onions), cooking style, and maybe even the venue’s decor and charm.

No timeframe has been shared at this point either.
