It’s been 5 months Green Fusion has brought it’s take on vegan/vegetarian food Ridgewood.

They are now launching a weekend brunch, serving a menu that you “don’t usually see at other places”. They have started with a Sunday Brunch Buffet where folks can try different things from a menu of brunch items – based on the demands they are planning to retain a buffet on Sunday and serve a regular a la carte brunch on Saturday.

Brunch Buffet on Sundays is $20 per person with mimosas included, though customers can also choose from the a la carte options as well.
