Banana King, which for 25+years has specialized in Hispanic fast food, has opened a new location Elmwood Park. It is replacing coal oven pizzeria and bar Fratelli’s.

Already with spots in Elizabeth, Jersey City, North Bergen, Passaic, and Paterson, this is their first Bergen County operation. The menu (View Menu) focuses on sandwiches, arepas, patacon (fried green plantain), burgers, hot dogs and of course their large selection of fresh and tropical fruit flavor shakes.

According to Google, the restaurant is open 24 hours.
