Ice Cream by Mike, the highly lauded ice cream shop in Ridgewood — they’ve been named one of the 10 best in NJ and best in Bergen County by NJ.com (Read Article) — has added vegan choices to their offerings.

Crafted with a “creamy coconut milk base” and the other “high quality ingredients”, owner Mike Elias is currently serving four flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and blueberry. He expects to rotate in seasonal flavors similar to his regular ice cream options.

During ice cream season, the shop is open seven days a week beginning at 11:00am.
