This year like every year, The Daily Meal has published various best of lists around food, including their picks for burgers, tacos, pizza, and more.

A little different than just their list of the best hot dogs in America, perennial favorite and North Jersey landmark Rutt’s Hut got an article all it’s own declaring it ‘This is America’s Best Hot Dog’ (Read Article).

They wax poetic about their rippers (deep fried till “ripped” apart) along with the other style of dogs plus the proper toppings of mustard and relish. The roadside shack itself is praised for the perfect home to grab one, along with a cold beer.
