King Falafel, the popular Mediterranean restaurant in Elmwood Park, has added a second location.

Operating in the space formerly housing Ice Cream by Mike (now in Ridgewood), the restaurant is known for it’s falafel, hummus, shawarma and other eats (see menu below). Due to limitations of the size of the location, they’ve had to cut back on a few popular items, along with no real seating inside – though there are a number of tables outside on the sidewalk.

The restaurant is open six days a week (closed Sundays) for lunch and dinner.
